The closest you can get to being immortal is being an artist.

I often reflect on the transience of life contrasted with the deathlessness of the art we create in it. The simple act of creating extends a little tendril of ourselves into the world, rendering that perfect fragment -- in a way -- immortal.

There's something comforting about knowing my art will long outlive me. I made this page to comemmorate some late artists that inspire me, and who can hopefully inspire you.
